Who benefited from the Kentucky Splitter Rule?

Fantasy NASCAR Splitter
Before the Kentucky race, the NASCAR garage was a buzz about the new splitter change. No one knew who would benefit from the change. A Reddit post revisited this topic. The assumption is that JGR has benefited.

Let’s look at the data.

First of all, what was the change?
Teams are no longer allowed to modify the area under the splitter.

Before I go into the data. If you just want the answer, then yes. JGR is the clear winner from this rule change, and yes Truex is being included with the JGR cars. Every oval race since Kentucky has been controlled by JGR. With the exception of Keselowski on the pole at Michigan, and Kyle Larson being Kyle Larson, it has been all JGR Toyotas.
